The Falcon 3.3 SP2 Fast Adjust Rear Shocks for the 2015+ Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 4x4/AWD deliver a major upgrade in ride comfort, control, and tunability—especially for loaded adventure vans and RV builds. Designed and tuned by Falcon Shocks, these shocks replace underwhelming factory dampers with a high-performance solution built specifically for real-world conditions.

Featuring 10 on-vehicle compression damping settings, the Falcon 3.3 shocks allow you to fine-tune ride quality in seconds using the signature red fast-adjust knob—no tools required. Whether you’re cruising washboard roads, daily driving, or hauling heavy loads, you can quickly adapt the suspension to match conditions. The internal SP2 free-bleed adjustment adds a second layer of tuning by offering two distinct shock profiles, selected during installation based on vehicle weight and ride preference.

With a large 2.3” aluminum shock body, full 2” damper piston, and a ¾” hard-chromed shaft, these shocks dramatically outperform stock units by improving heat dissipation, resisting corrosion, and maintaining consistent damping under demanding conditions. The result is reduced sway, improved cornering stability, less wind buffeting, and better control over both small chatter and large impacts—making them one of the best performance-per-dollar upgrades available for Sprinter vans.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

  • You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
  • Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

  • Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
  • Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
  • Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
  • Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
  • Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
  • A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
  2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
  3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  • For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
