• 2-Inch Aluminum Body: The shock body is impact extruded and CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, then clear anodized for long-term corrosion resistance. Built to take the abuse of off-road use without rusting out over time.
 
• 5/8-Inch Chrome-Plated Shaft: The hard chrome plated, heat-treated alloy steel shaft provides strength and wear resistance under repeated compression cycles — especially important on loaded HD trucks.
 
• Race-Developed High-Flow Piston: The piston design draws directly from FOX race products, allowing fluid to move efficiently through the valving for a smooth, controlled response across a wide range of terrain and speeds.
 
• BDS-Specific Valving: FOX and BDS worked together to custom valve these shocks for each BDS application. That means you're not getting a generic tune — these shocks are dialed in specifically for the geometry and spring rates of your BDS lift kit.
 
• Nitrogen-Charged Gas Chamber: High-pressure nitrogen keeps the shock consistent under heat and load, maintaining performance whether you're running empty or hauling a heavy payload.

Fitment

These shocks are designed for use with a BDS 0 to 1.5-inch front lift kit on the following vehicles. Verify your trim level, drive type, and current suspension configuration before ordering.

Note: This listing covers 2025 model year fitment. These shocks are designed for the full 2020–2026 Silverado/Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD platform with a BDS 0–1.5" lift. If your year or trim is not listed above, contact us before ordering to confirm compatibility.

Important: These shocks are intended for use with a BDS Suspension lift kit only. Running application-specific valved shocks on a different lift brand or at stock ride height may result in suboptimal performance. If you haven't yet selected a BDS lift kit for your build, reach out — we can help spec the right system.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

• You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
• Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

• Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
• Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
• Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
• Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
• Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.

Warranty
