• Custom BDS-Specific Valving — FOX and BDS co-engineered the valving on each application. These aren't generic shocks with a BDS label — they're tuned from the ground up to complement BDS suspension geometry and spring rates.
 
• 2-Inch Aluminum Body — Impact-extruded and CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with a clear anodized finish. Lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and built to outlast the elements on and off the trail.
 
• 5/8-Inch Hard Chrome Shaft — Heat-treated alloy steel with a hard chrome plating for superior wear resistance and long-term durability under heavy load and repeated cycling.
 
• Race-Developed High-Flow Piston — Borrowed directly from FOX's race program, the high-flow piston design provides precise, predictable damping whether you're crawling over boulders or hammering down a washboard.
 
• Application-Specific Performance Tuning — Factory-engineered valving for your exact truck and lift configuration means you get optimized performance right out of the box — no guessing, no compromises.
 
• Fade-Free Performance — The IFP design maintains consistent damping characteristics even under sustained high-stress conditions, so performance doesn't degrade when the terrain gets demanding.

Fitment

These shocks are designed for use with a BDS 0–1.5-inch lift suspension kit and install in the front position only. Verify your lift height and trim level before ordering.

Note: These shocks are designed specifically for use with a compatible BDS Suspension lift kit. They are not intended for stock-height or non-BDS lift applications. Confirm your existing BDS lift height matches the fitment requirements above before purchasing. Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

• You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
• Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

• Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
• Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
• Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
• Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
• Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.

Warranty

Many products include a manufacturer warranty. We’re happy to help facilitate claims—reach out with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
