Fitment

These FOX 2.0 Performance Series rear shocks are designed to work with BDS Suspension lift kits. Confirm your specific lift height before ordering. Applications include:

• Dodge / Ram 1500 (4WD): 1994–2010 with 3" rear lift; 2011–2018 with 3" or 5" rear lift
• Ram 3500 (4WD): 2013–2022 with 3" rear lift
• Chevrolet Silverado 1500 / GMC Sierra 1500: 1999–2023 with 6" rear lift; 2024 with 6" rear lift; 2025–2026 with 2" rear lift
• Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD / GMC Sierra 2500 HD: 2001–2010 with 4.5" rear lift
• Chevrolet Tahoe / Suburban 1500 / Avalanche: 2001–2013 with 6" rear lift (Tahoe/Suburban through 2019)
• GMC Yukon / Yukon XL 1500: 2001–2019 with 6" rear lift

Installation

Designed as a direct replacement to pair with the matching BDS Suspension lift kit on your vehicle. Professional installation is recommended. Always follow torque specs and manufacturer guidelines, and have your alignment checked after installation.

• Intended for use with the corresponding BDS Suspension lift system. Compatibility with non-BDS lifts is not guaranteed.

Shipping & Lead Times

Most orders ship within standard processing times. Lead times may vary based on manufacturer stock — contact us prior to ordering if you need a confirmed ship date for a build deadline or trip.

Shipping

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.

Order Processing

If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.

Tracking & Delivery

• You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
• Signature may be required for high-value shipments.

Freight & Oversize Items

• Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
• Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
• Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.

International Orders

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
• Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
• Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
• A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return

1. Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
2. We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
3. Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.

Refunds

• Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
• For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.

Warranty
