xThe OVS HD Nomadic 3-Person Arctic White Extended Soft Shell Roof Top Tent is built for overlanders who want rugged durability, dependable weather protection, and standout styling in a spacious three-person platform. Designed to perform in demanding conditions, this Arctic White edition combines the proven Nomadic Extended design with a clean, high-visibility white body and dark grey rainfly.
At the foundation is a heavy-duty, double insulated one-piece black diamond plated base, reinforced with marine-grade stainless steel hinges and hardware for long-term strength and corrosion resistance. The tent body is constructed from 280G heavy-duty poly-cotton rip-stop canvas with PU3500 waterproof coating, while the 420D polyester Oxford rainfly adds another layer of protection against rain and harsh weather. All seams on both the tent body and rainfly are heat sealed to prevent moisture intrusion.
Integrated “V” strength ridges in the window rod poles and oversized body poles improve stability in windy conditions, keeping the structure secure when the weather turns. Access is easy thanks to the included 96” aluminum telescoping ladder with locking strap and quick-release hinges.
Inside, the Nomadic 3 Arctic Extended focuses on comfort and livability. A 3” high-density foam mattress sits on top of an insulated base to help regulate temperature and reduce condensation. Integrated skylights in both the tent body and rainfly provide natural light and ventilation, while breathable 120G fade-less gauze window screens promote airflow. Built-in interior storage pouches and a removable 40” Velcro light strip add convenience for extended trips.

Shipping & Return
xShipping
We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
Many products include a manufacturer warranty. We’re happy to help facilitate claims—reach out with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
