xWe love our MORRFlate 4 Tire Off Road Tire Inflation & Deflation kits, but sometimes, you just don't want to pull out the entire 4 tire hose kit, just to deal with 1 tire. Or maybe you don't want to deal with a 4 hose kit at all. That's why we developed a single tire kit, that is extremely rugged, doesn't break the bank, with quality parts that allows you to avoid squatting and kneeling in the dirt to air up. And, these really shine when you use them with a pressurized air system like a Power Tank or other co2 tanks.
The biggest issue we have found with single tire inflators out there, is the hoses are not long enough to really let you stand up while using them. Unless you are under 5ft tall, you pretty much gotta get down on the ground either squatting or kneeling, in order to use 90% of the inflators in the market. We give you enough hose to stand comfortably next to the vehicle rather than paining the knees and back.
The next issue that we fixed is the issue of analog gauges. Analog gauges only read accurate within the center of their range, and can be upwards of 10-15% off out at the ends of the scale. So a 0-100 psi analog gauge can be upwards of 10-15 psi off down at 0 or up at 100. Our digital gauges read 1-150 psi in .1 increments, and are within 1% accuracy across their entire range.
Take those 2 things, and package them in a super rugged case to withstand the abuse and torture of off road recreation, and you have a winning combination that is super easy to use, with quality components, and won't break from dropping on rocks over and over.

Shipping & Return

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
Many products include a manufacturer warranty. We’re happy to help facilitate claims—reach out with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
