xThe Baja Designs S8 light bar lens kit allows you to replace your old or damaged lenses easily. The S8 light bars can be fitted with a clear, baja amber or factory amber lens depending on personal preference.
Clear lenses work for most situations whereas our selection of amber lenses would be suitable when you want a less intense light and to create contrast in your light spread. It is also good for inclement or less than ideal conditions cutting through dust and fog, while in rain and snow conditions amber will keep the reflections to a minimum.
With three lens colors and four different distinct lens patterns to choose from, customizing your light pattern to your needs is easier than ever.
Lens Pattern:
- Spot: A longer and narrower 9-degree beam focus for illumination further down the trail or road. The Spot pattern is designed to be used in conjunction with additional Wide Cornering and/or Driving/Combo beam lights.
- Driving Combo: Maximum trail coverage in a single light. The Driving/Combo pattern is equipped with both Driving and spot optics to provide you with a smooth blend of light for both near field applications and distance.
- Wide Cornering: The Wide cornering pattern offers a 42-degree flattened horizontal beam for the ultimate comfort lighting. This pattern is specifically for cornering, dust, snow, rain, and/or fog conditions.
- Work/Scene: Emits a wide and even beam pattern designed to illuminate a large area with consistent and evenly distributed light. Ideal for tasks that require good visibility across a work area or scene, such as construction sites, camp setups, pit areas or any outdoor workspaces. Not a driving light.
Lens Color:
- Clear: The original performance lens. Our clear lens combined with our 5000k LEDs provide light most similar to daylight, reducing driver fatigue and increase terrain recognition.
- Baja Amber: This performance-driven lens is specifically designed for off-road driving in challenging conditions such as dust, rain, snow, or fog. The Baja Amber lens minimizes glare, enhancing visibility and significantly improving your driving experience.
- Factory Amber: This replacement lens option is crafted to seamlessly match the OEM running lights found on vehicles today. Factory Amber provides a color temperature best utilized in low-visibility conditions to increase depth perception while minimizing glare.
With our uService technology enthusiasts can easily service their lights on the trail or at home without damaging or voiding the warranty of the lights. Each kit comes with one 10-inch lens and O-ring seal.
This seal provides a waterproof and dustproof seal that makes all Baja Designs lights IP69K rated. Whether you busted your old lenses, or you just want to swap out for a different pattern, we have you covered.

Shipping & Return
xShipping
We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
Many products include a manufacturer warranty. We’re happy to help facilitate claims—reach out with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
