SECTION 3 – AUTOMOTIVE & OFF-ROAD PRODUCT TERMS Vehicle Fitment and Compatibility Customers are solely responsible for verifying that all products ordered are compatible with their specific vehicle, including but not limited to year, make, model, trim level, drivetrain, axle configuration, and any existing modifications such as suspension lifts, tire size, wheel offset, aftermarket bumpers, or other accessories. Product descriptions, images, and fitment guidance are provided for reference only and do not guarantee compatibility. Ordering an incorrect product due to improper fitment verification does not constitute a product defect. Installation and Use Certain automotive and off-road products sold by PAD Overland require professional installation. Improper installation, modification, or use of products may result in vehicle damage, personal injury, or death. PAD Overland strongly recommends that all products be installed by a qualified professional. By purchasing and using products from PAD Overland, you assume all risks associated with installation and use. Off-Road and Legal Compliance Some products sold by PAD Overland are intended for off-road use only and may not be legal for use on public roads in all jurisdictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including emissions and vehicle safety regulations. PAD Overland makes no representation or warranty regarding the legality of any product for street use. Assumption of Risk Modifying a vehicle can affect its handling, braking, stability, and overall safety characteristics. Off-road driving and vehicle modification involve inherent risks. You acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks associated with the purchase, installation, and use of any products purchased from PAD Overland. Returns Related to Installation or Use Products that have been installed, test-fitted, modified, or show signs of use are not eligible for return or refund. Freight and oversized items must be inspected upon delivery, and any damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may void damage claims or return eligibility. All returns are subject to PAD Overland’s Refund Policy. SECTION 4 - ORDERS When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. PAD Overland reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until PAD Overland confirms acceptance.
