The Sprinter Apex Side Ladder is the most advanced and ground-clearance-friendly side ladder available for Sprinter vans. Designed from the ground up for strength, accessibility, and clean integration, the Apex Ladder uses machined billet components and a multi-piece system where every element works together to deliver superior performance with minimal added weight.
Unlike traditional side ladders, the Apex Ladder features a machined billet lower pinch-seam mount that maximizes ground clearance while maintaining a rock-solid attachment point. The ladder itself is split into two halves, joined by a precision machined coupler, making installation straightforward while dramatically increasing rigidity. At the top, a billet clevis-style upper mount secures the ladder cleanly into the roof rails for a strong, OEM-like finish.
Angled lower steps improve climbing ergonomics, while the narrow lower profile allows the ladder to be mounted farther rearward—enabling full operation of T-vent and pop-out windows on 144” Sprinters. Each step features formed and dimpled oval cutouts for excellent traction, plus integrated slots and holes for accessory mounting. The ladder’s angle follows the body lines of the Sprinter for a clean, intentional look.
Weighing just 18 lbs, the Apex Ladder integrates seamlessly with Sprinter roof racks and is built from 1.25” aluminum tubing, making it the perfect companion for roof access, solar maintenance, gear retrieval, or simply enjoying the view from your rooftop deck.

Shipping & Return

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
Many products include a manufacturer warranty. We’re happy to help facilitate claims—reach out with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
