The Core Front Bumper mounts tightly between the factory fog lights, creating a clean, OEM-plus appearance while providing strategic impact protection where it matters most. A 5mm steel winch cradle forms the structural backbone, securely connecting to key Transit chassis points to ensure safe and balanced force distribution during recovery operations.
Built with adventure in mind, the bumper’s 3mm aluminum skin keeps weight low and resists corrosion—unlike bulky all-steel bumpers. For added underbody protection, the optional 5mm aluminum skid plate shields critical engine components from rocks and trail debris.
Lighting and recovery are seamlessly integrated into the design. Each side includes cutouts for Baja Designs Squadron Sport Pod Lights, while a built-in wire chase keeps wiring clean and protected. Add the optional Bull Bar for an aggressive look and extra light mounting space—perfect for a pair of Baja Designs LP6 Pod Lights.
The winch cradle supports popular models like the Warn VR Evo 12-S and Warn Zeon Platinum 12-S, and comes ready for a fairlead mount. Not running a winch? Use the included cover plate or mount up to four additional Squadron Sport Pods instead. Recovery points are fully integrated and accept ⅞” shackles, ensuring your van is prepared for any off-road challenge.
Finished in a UV-rated, black textured powder coat, the Transit Core Front Bumper is built to handle years of rugged use and harsh environments. Installation is simple with the included template for modifying your factory bumper cover, allowing for a precise fit and factory-level finish.

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
Warranty
