xThe Baja Designs 6XL Sport Linkable bumper kit for the Ford Bronco with OEM modular steel bumper is designed for the enthusiast looking to take charge with a powerful light setup while hitting the trails or driving through rutted roads at night.
Choose from the 6XL Sport Linkable light bar that produces 18,972 total lumens or the XL Pro with 24,570 total lumens of forward projected light that has a smooth blend due to the use of multiple lens patterns.
A main feature, the XL Linkable system provides 45 degrees of vertical pitch adjustment within each light or the entire unit as a completely independent horizontal adjustment per light allows for arc or straight configurations to perfectly match the lines of your Ford Bronco.
A main benefit of this kit is no hood glare as this kit mounts on the front bumper, providing distraction-free light in front of your vehicle.
This kit comes with everything you need to hit the trail, with wiring fully crimped and trimmed allowing for an easy installation process and six black rock guards to protect your lights when not in use. Shipping & Return

We ship nationwide and internationally. Most in-stock items leave our shop within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and oversized parts may require additional lead time; any special timing will be noted on the product page.
Order Processing
If an order is placed outside of our normal business hours (Monday–Friday), we will process it as soon as possible once our team is back in the shop during regular operating hours. Weekend orders will be handled the next business day.
Tracking & Delivery
- You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes for oversized or freight items.
- Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
Freight & Oversize Items
- Large/oversized products (bumpers, racks, etc.) ship via LTL freight.
- Please inspect your delivery at arrival. Note any damage on the carrier’s paperwork and take photos before signing—this is required to file a claim.
- Residential freight includes curbside delivery; inside delivery/appointments may incur additional fees.
International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
- Some products may have export restrictions or carrier limits.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase when possible.
- Custom or built-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked on your gear. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all hardware.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
- A restocking fee (typically 10–20%) may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing.
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed/used items, custom or made-to-order products, electrical/electronic components, clearance/“garage sale” items, and gift cards.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account and open the order, or contact us with your order number.
- We’ll issue return instructions and an RMA if approved. Returns without RMA may be refused.
- Pack securely; include all parts and paperwork. We recommend insured, trackable shipping.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of our error or a confirmed defect).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
- For freight damage, ensure notes are made with the carrier at delivery and take photos before signing.
