Jesse's 2023 Ram 1500 Rebel is the definition of factory muscle refined for real-world adventure. The Rebel already comes equipped with off-road DNA, but this build takes it up a notch — dialing in the suspension, stance, and overall capability for drivers who refuse to compromise between comfort and control.
The core of this transformation is the BDS/Fox 5" Lift Kit, paired with Fox 2.5 Performance Elite Coilovers. This setup delivers a perfect balance of height, handling, and durability — letting the Rebel soak up rough trails without losing that confident, composed feel on pavement.
The BDS system provides increased ground clearance and improved suspension geometry, while Fox’s Performance Elite dampers bring race-proven performance and adjustability to the daily drive. The result is a truck that’s as capable in the backcountry as it is smooth on the highway.
To complete the new stance, Jesse opted for a set of Method Race Wheels 305 NVs in Matte Black (18x9, 6x5.5, +12mm offset, 4.5" backspace). Their timeless 12-spoke design, combined with beadlock-inspired accents, gives this Rebel an aggressive yet purposeful look.
Mounted to those wheels are 35x12.50R18 tires, delivering the perfect blend of traction, clearance, and ride comfort. The combination not only fills the fenders but also enhances capability when the pavement ends.
The final product? A Ram Rebel that strikes the ideal balance of style and performance. The additional lift gives it a commanding presence without sacrificing daily drivability. The matte black Method wheels tie the entire build together — rugged, refined, and unmistakably PAD Overland.
